What happens after you submit
We read every request ourselves — there's no call centre. You'll usually hear back within the hour during business hours, by text or call, whichever you prefer. If your request comes in overnight, it's answered first thing.
What helps us quote accurately
Year, make and model tell us the size tier, which is what pricing is based on. Beyond that, the honest condition of the vehicle matters more than anything: how long since the last detail, whether there are pet hair, smoke or spill issues inside, and whether the paint has visible swirls or water spotting. Photos help enormously — a couple taken in daylight will usually get you an exact number rather than a range.
Do you need an exact price first?
If you already know what you want, you don't need a quote at all — our full pricing is published, by service and vehicle size, with no hidden fees. Full Detail starts at $225, ceramic packages run $550 to $1,400 (most choose the $699 seven-year coating), and paint correction starts at $450. Quotes are for when the vehicle's condition means the standard tier might not be the right fit.
Where we come to you
Everything is mobile. We bring our own water and power to your driveway, garage or office car park, anywhere in the Houston metro — 25 service areas including Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Memorial and River Oaks. There is no shop to visit and no drop-off.
