These terms cover your use of labshineautodetailing.com and the mobile detailing services of LabShine Auto Detailing LLC (“LabShine”), Houston / Cypress, Texas. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them. Questions: info@labshineautodetailing.com or (346) 452-9991.

Services and pricing

Our services and prices are published on the pricing page. Published prices are current as of the date shown on the site and can change; the price confirmed at booking is the price for your job. Vehicles in significantly heavier condition than described at booking may require an adjusted quote — we’ll tell you and get your approval before doing any work beyond the booked scope, never after.

Booking, appointments and access

Appointments are booked online through Urable, our scheduling platform, or by phone/text. As a mobile service, we need reasonable access to your vehicle and a safe, legal place to work (driveway, garage, or approved lot), and access to the vehicle interior for interior services. If we can’t access the vehicle at the scheduled time, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

Photos

We photograph every vehicle before and after service as part of our documented quality process. These photos record vehicle condition and our work. We do not publish photos of your vehicle for marketing without your permission, and we never publish license plates, faces, or home identifiers.

Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

During the pre-service walk-around we note and photograph pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, worn or fragile surfaces) before work begins. Some conditions — heavily oxidized paint, aged clear coat, brittle trim, existing stains or odors — limit what any detailing process can safely restore; where that applies we’ll say so up front rather than promise otherwise. If we ever damage something, we document it and tell you directly — that is company policy at every level.

Communications

When you submit a form or book a service with your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your inquiry, appointment, or completed service. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; message and data rates may apply.

Website content

The content of this site — text, photos of our work, branding — belongs to LabShine and may not be reused commercially without written permission. Site content is provided for general information; while we work to keep everything accurate and current, the site is provided “as is” and we may correct errors and update content at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Anything unaddressed here can be raised with us directly — most things are solved with a phone call.
